How long will it take for me to receive my custom jacket?
Your custom Denim Designs by LV (DDLV) piece is hand painted just for you! Turnaround time fluctuates depending on the design and season. Processing can average around 2-4 weeks or up to 3 months during peak season. Additional charges may apply for rushed orders.

How much does shipping cost?
US Shipping: Shipping cost is included in your order. All orders will have priority shipping and take 2-3 business days.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Can I return my custom jacket? 
Due to the fact that all products are custom made, all sales are final.

What happens if my custom jacket is lost or stolen?
DDLV is not responsible for any issues caused by USPS/UPS or any lost/stolen packages at the delivery location.

How do I wash my custom jacket?
Because DDLV is hand painted, we recommend hand washing or dry-cleaning your custom product. If you prefer to use the washer, place the item inside-out and run on a low/gentle cycle. Leave the garment out to air dry (never place it in the dryer!).
